Phase Management - Update Phase

On the Update Phase page, you can:

Sequence numbers are unique to a phase, so jobs in the same phase but different groups cannot have the same sequence number.

 

To update a phase:

  1. In the Phase Detail section, make any necessary changes.

  2. To change a phase that a job is currently in, click under the Phase column next to the job you want to move, and choose the correct phase from the drop-down menu. Do the same in the Group column to change groups.

Check the box next to Manage Jobs by Phase to enable your Combined POs, Combined PO Information, and Combined Schedule Notifications.

  1. Click Update Phase.

  2. To delete a phase, click Delete Phase. The jobs will NOT be deleted--they will be set back to the default Phase 0, which you can then edit.

To add a group to your phase, click Manage Groups.
