Organization List

The Organization List page shows a list of organizations within your company and the number of members (users) in each organization. Organizations reflect your company’s hierarchical organization structure. For example: Company -> Division -> Subdivision. Users are assigned to organizations. BuildPro uses organizations to control what data a user can view and update.

 

To view the organization detail information:

Click the desired organization name link, located in the Organization column.

 

To add a child organization:

  1. Locate the desired parent organization

  2. Click the Add Child link for that organization. The Organization Maintenance page opens..

 

To add a new top level organization:

  1. Click the Add a New Top Level Organization link.

  2. Complete the Organization Maintenance page.
