Manager

 

The Manager section is the control center for setting up and managing user names, user roles, organizations and other company information.

 

The Manager tab is organized into 7 different sections: (Click each name to learn more.)

  1. User Manager: Use the links in this section to view and modify users, add a new user, assign users to specific jobs. Each user is assigned a security role that determines the accessibility to different areas of BuildPro.

  2. Organization Manager: Use the links in this section to manage organizations. Organizations reflect your company’s hierarchical organization structure. BuildPro uses organizations to control what data a user can view and update.

  3. Cost Code Manager: Use this link to view and modify accounting cost codes and related descriptions.

  4. Task Categories: Use this link to create and view categories that have been created for grouping like tasks.

  5. EPO Reason List: Use this link to view, update or add new EPO reasons for your organization.

  6. Pause/Hold Reason List: Use this link to manage your company's Pause/Hold Reason list.

  7. Schedule Change Reason List: Use this link to view, update or add new reasons to the existing list.
