The Task Update: Auto Send Tasks
page lets administrators mark tasks that you want to auto-send. Auto-send
orders are automatically sent to the supplier according to the lead time
on the job schedule without requiring a superintendent to process them.
To auto-send tasks:
If needed, click
the Job Name link and select a
different job.
Click the check
box for each task that needs to be auto-sent.
Click the Update Job button.
