In order to be used for bidding, all subcontractors must be mapped to one or more Bid Groups. The purpose of this section is to manage the subcontractor/bid group relationships. When a subcontractor logs in to SupplyPro, they will only see the cost codes for the bid groups they have been mapped to. The Subcontractor Bid Groups page is sorted by bid group.

To manage Master Subcontractor Bid Groups:

1. Click the Edit link to open the Edit Subcontractor pop-up window. On the pop-up window, you can edit which bid groups the subcontractor is assigned to..

2. Click the Email Broadcast button to open the Email Broadcast page, where you send an email to all included subcontractors.

Subcontractor Cost Code Columns

• Bid Group - Bid Group the subcontract is mapped to. If a subcontractor is mapped to multiple bid groups, they will appear on the list for each bid group they are mapped to.

• Subcontractor - The name of the subcontractor. Clicking on the Subcontractor Name will open the Company Profile pop-up window.

• Edit - Clicking on the Edit link for a subcontractor will cause a pop-up window to be presented for editing the bid groups for that subcontractor.

• Subcontractors without Bid Groups assigned - This number link shows the number of subcontractors that have not been mapped to at least one bid group.

• Clicking on the number of suppliers not mapped opens the Edit Subcontractor pop-up window.

• Users may navigate through the "unmapped" subcontractors by clicking on the << Prev and Next >> links.

• Bid Groups without Subcontractors assigned - This number link shows the number of bid groups that have not been mapped to at least one subcontractor.

• Clicking on the number of cost codes not mapped opens the Edit Bid Group pop-up window.

• Users may navigate through the "unmapped" bid groups by click on the << Prev and Next >> links.
