This page contains the basic information about a bidding project. It tracks the status of components that must be completed before bidders may be invited to bid on the project.

View details on the Project Detail fields and columns.

To view the project detail:

1. Click on a Project Name link to open the Project Details page, showing detail information for the chosen project.

2. To view a different project, choose a Project from the drop-down list at the top of the page.

3. Click the Select button. The Project Detail for the selected project is displayed.

4. Change the fields in the Project Detail section as necessary.

   Field descriptions can be viewed by clicking on the "View details on the Project Detail Fields and columns" link above.

5. Click the Update button under the Project Detail section.

To view project components and documents:

1. Under the Project Components section of the Project Detail page, click an Item link to open that project item:

• General Documents

• Plans

• Cost Codes

• Options

• Trade Documents

• Subcontractors

• Take-off Items

• Architects

• Drawings

2. Under the General Documents section, click the Description Name link to open the attached document. The document will open in the program from which it was created in a separate window.

Project Detail Functions

• Enter Wizard - This button will put the user into the New Project Wizard for a project. This facility also allows the user to get back into the New Project Wizard if they previously left it for some reason.

  This button only appears when the project is in "In Setup" status.

• Bid Analysis - Clicking on the Bid Analysis button will take the user to the Bid Analysis page for the selected project.

  This button appears for projects that are in an "Active", "Closed" or "Complete" status.

• Project Bid Summary - Clicking on the Project Bid Summary button will take the user to the Project Bid Summary page for the selected project.

  This button appears for projects that are in an "Active", "Closed" or "Complete" status.

• Bid Status - Clicking on the Bid Status button will take the user to the Bid Status page for the selected project.

  This button appears for projects that are in an "Active", "Closed" or "Complete" status.

• Email Tracking - Clicking on the Email Tracking button will take the user to the Email Tracking page for the selected project.

  This button appears for projects that are in an "Active", "Closed" or "Complete" status.

• Email Invitations - Clicking on the Email Invitations button will take the user to the Project Invitation to Bid Email Broadcast page for the selected project.

  This button only appears for projects that are in an "Active" status.

• Email Broadcast - Clicking on the Email Broadcast button will take the user to the Project Email Broadcast page for the selected project. This button appears for project that are in an "Active", "Closed" or "Complete" status.

• Copy to Template - Clicking on the Copy to Template button in the Project Detail section of the page will copy the selected project to a template to be used for future bidding projects.

  This button only appears for projects that have a status of "Pending" or "In Setup".
