BidConnect

Projects - Bidding Project Templates

This page gives the user the ability to set up and maintain bidding templates which can be used to create new bidding projects. When a new project is created from a bidding template all of the components of the template will be copied to the new project but the status of the components will be set to "N." The bid manager should then go through the components and make the necessary modifications and set the status of the components to "Y" when the modifications are complete. The page is only accessible by users who have the Bid Manager security role. The page will display a list of all templates (projects with a project type of Template).
