Summary Tab
Job
Name - Unique name for this job.
Sequence
- Job sequence number.
Builder's
Plan - For integrated companies this will show the name of the
plan used for this job. For stand-alone BuildPro users, this will display
the template name used to create this job.
Start Date
- Date that the job is scheduled to begin. May not be the start
date of the first task in the schedule.
Elevation
- This is the differences in appearance of a house by plan.
Promised
End Date - This is the date promised to the customer that the job
will be completed (not necessarily the end date of the last task in the
schedule). The "BuildPro Generated" specifies whether the Promised
End Date was generated from the end date of the job schedule or if this
date was actually sent through integration from the accounting system.
Swing -
Designates which side of the house the garage is on.
Selection
Sheet Received Date - The date you received the selection sheet
from the buyer.
Budget -
Dollar amount budgeted for this job. To enter a negative value,
enter number with a minus sign -$12,000 or enclosed in parentheses ($12,000).
Release
Date - The date the lot was released for construction.
Sales Price
- Dollar amount to be paid by the customer. To enter a negative
value, enter number with a minus sign -$12,000 or enclosed in parentheses
($12,000).
Contract
Date - The date the contract was signed by the home buyer.
Permit Number
- Permit number of the house permit.
Financing
Expire Date - The date the lender financing guarantee expires.
Close
Date - Deadline to close the house. Only appears if the Display
Close Date module is turned on. Used in calculations on the Production
Bonus report.
Saturday/Sunday
Workday - Indicates if the job schedule should schedule tasks on
weekends or not. Checked means yes.
House Type - Use this field to view
or enter house types

Name - Person buying the home (buyer name + buyer phone number).
Organization
- Organization the job belongs to.
EPO Email
- Email address that will be used for notification when an EPO
is created and marked "ready".
Primary
Contact - Or construction manager responsible for the job.
EPO Authority
Amount - This is the dollar threshold for an EPO created for this
job. EPO's created above this amount will require approval. Blank indicates
no threshold and $0 means that every EPO will need to be approved.
Warning
/ Locked - This determines whether the user gets a soft warning
when going over the limit of an EPO. If checked, the user gets a warning
but is allowed to continue and submit the EPO to the vendor without approval.
Locked means that a person creating an EPO over their dollar limit will
not be able to submit the EPO without approval.
MPO Authority
Amount - The dollar amount over the original measurement PO that
the user can receive without needing approval. An MPO needing approval
will not be exported to the accounting system for payment until it is
approved.
MPO Authority Percent
- The percentage of dollar amount over
the original measurement PO that the user can receive without needing
approval. An MPO needing approval will not be exported to the accounting
system for payment until it is approved.
Template - BuildPro
template the job was created from.
Template ID - BuildPro
data base number of the template.
Imported - Indicates
if the job was created manually in BuildPro or through integration.
Transmit EPO - Indicates
if notice will be sent to the EPO Email address or not. This setting comes
from the org the job was created from.
Created - Date
and time the job was created in BuildPro.
Modified: Date and time the job was last modified in
BuildPro.

Do Not Recalculate Job
Schedule: If
this is selected, then any changes will not impact the job schedule.
Recalculate Job Schedule
for Scheduled Tasks: If
this is selected, then the job schedule is recalculated for scheduled
tasks only.
Recalculate AND Initialize
Job Schedule for Scheduled Tasks: If
this is selected, the job schedule is recalculated and change the baseline
dates.
Status Tab
The Status tab lists
all stages for your job, the number of tasks within that stage that are
Complete, the number of tasks
within that stage that are In Progress,
and the total number of tasks for that stage. Then,
there is a bar graph that shows the percentage of completion for that
stage. The blue
bar represents completed items and the red
bar represents the total number of tasks. Yellow is in progress.
Tasks In Progress: Total number of tasks for the job that are
currently in
progress status
Scheduled Tasks: Total number of tasks for the job that are
currently scheduled.
Status: This shows the current status for the job.
When the job is completed or canceled, click
this field and choose the correct status.
Notes:
This is for any pertinent information relating
just to this job.

Job Location Section
Address:
Street address for the job.
Address2:
2nd line for street address for the job.
City: City
where the job is located.
State: State
where the job is located.
Zip: ZIP
code for the job.
Legal Information Section
Subdivision:
Subdivision name where the job is located.
Plan Name:
Builder's home plan name. Is displayed in the Builder's Plan field, on
the Summary tab and on the Home Summary by Task and Home Status reports.
Lot: Legal
lot number for the lot.
Block: Legal
block within the subdivision where the job is located.
Legal Desc
3 and 4: Optional fields to include additional legal descriptions.
Lot Ownership Section
Lot Owned
by Builder: This should be checked if the
lot for the job is owned by the builder and not
the purchaser.
Lot Owned
by Purchaser: This should be checked if
the lot for the job is owned by the purchaser and not
the builder.
Lot Owned
by Other Party: This
should be checked if the lot for the job is owned by someone other
than the purchaser or the builder.
Owner Name:
Owner of the lot if not owned by builder.
Owner Address/City/State/ZIP/Phone:
Address information for the owner
if not owned by builder.
