Production Bonus
The Production Bonus report shows which jobs are eligible for different bonus amounts by comparing baseline dates or duration to adjusted dates or duration. All bonuses are calculated using assigned milestone key information. This report requires the following modules:
Production Bonus Report Module - Shows different bonus amounts by job based on building days.
Display Close Date Module - Displays the Close Date field on the Job Detail and Job Information pages. Created for the Production Bonus report.
CS II Milestone Keys - Allows user to assign JBST and JBFN milestone keys to template tasks. User must have this module turned on to assign JBST and JBFN milestone keys for bonuses.
Where does that come from?
Below is a list of information in the Production Bonus report and where the information comes from.
Report Filters
Division – Allows corporate users to filter by one or all divisions. For division users, only lists the user’s division. Required filter.
Subdivision – Multi-select filter that lists all active subdivisions in the selected division. Defaults to All.
Job Primary – Filter by one or all job primaries assigned to jobs in the selected subdivision. Defaults to All.
Close Date From/To – Filter the report by a date range. This date range looks at the new Close Date field on the Job Detail page, and if the job’s close date falls within this range, the job displays on the report. If this field is left blank, the date range will default to Today. To view a report with no date filter, click on the Select Date button next to the Close Date filter and choose No Date Filter.
Report Text Fields
Building Days Bonus – Enter a dollar amount to view which jobs on the report are eligible for this bonus. The dollar amount entered fills in all fields on the report under the Bldg Days Bonus column, but only if the adjusted number of building days (adjusted JBFN – JBST) is less than the baseline number of building days ( baseline JBFN – JBST). If a job’s adjusted building days (excludes holidays and weekends) exceeds the allowed calendar days (displays negative number in the Days +/- column) the Bldg Days Bonus field for that job remains blank.
New Home Orientation (NHO) Bonus – Enter a dollar amount to view which jobs on the report are eligible for this bonus. The NHO Bonus is calculated using the NHFN milestone key, which is assigned to a task in the template. The dollar amount entered fills in all fields under the NHO Bonus column, but only if the task’s adjusted duration is less than the task’s baseline duration (displays positive number or zero in the NHO Days column). If the task’s adjusted duration exceeds the task’s baseline duration (displays negative number in the NHO Days column), the NHO Bonus field for that job remains blank.
Assistant Bonus – Enter a dollar amount to view which jobs on the report are eligible for this bonus. The dollar amount entered fills in all fields under the Assistant Bonus column, but only if the adjusted number of building days (adjusted JBFN – JBST) is less than the baseline number of building days ( baseline JBFN – JBST). If a job’s adjusted building days (excludes holidays and weekends) exceeds the allowed calendar days (displays negative number in the Days +/- column) the Assistant Bonus field for that job remains blank.
DVSP Bonus – Enter a dollar amount to view which jobs on the report are eligible for this bonus. The DVSP Bonus is calculated using the DVSP (division specific) milestone key, which is assigned to a task in the template. The dollar amount entered is displayed in the DVSP Bonus column if the task’s adjusted duration is less than the task’s baseline duration (displays positive number or zero in the DVSP Days column). If the task’s adjusted duration exceeds the task’s baseline duration (displays negative number in the DVSP Days column), the DVSP Bonus field for that job remains blank.

Days +/- – The number in this column is calculated in the following way: Calendar Days column – Bldg Days column. If the calendar days are less than the adjusted building days, this number will be negative (job took longer from actual JBST to actual JBFN than the template baseline). If the calendar days exceed the actual building days, this number will be positive (job took equal or less time from actual JBST to actual JBFN than the template baseline).
NHO Start/NHO Comp – Actual start date and the actual end date of the task that contains the NHFN milestone key. NHO Start is the top number which is the actual start date. NHO Comp is the bottom number which is the actual end date.

The NHO Days number is taken from the Start and Complete Dates in the NHO Start & Comp column. For example, if the difference between the NHFN task’s actual start to actual completion is 15 days and the allowed days for this task from the template is 10 days, the result is -5, which displays in the column.
