SWIM >Site Management - Site Detail
Once you have completed all of the information on the Site Detail tab and clicked the Add button, you can proceed to the Construction General Permit tab.CGP details are defined on a site-by-site basis and allow you to:
• Set inspection reminders for, both, routine and quarterly inspections.
• Select inspection sheets to be included in any regulatory compliance reporting.
• Define the remedition time frames for corrective actions as so ica ted with any regulatory
compliance reporting.
• Define inspection reminders for both routine and quarterly inspections.
Create a new Site CGP Record
Site CGP Detail
Log into BuildPro. Click the SWIM tab. The Inspections home page opens.
Click the Site Management button. The Site Management page opens.
Click the Construction General Permit tab. The CGP History page opens..
Enter the Effective Date to be associated with the CGP record.
Select the Quarterly Inspection and Routine Inspection sheets which will be used to trigger an email reminder to all user’s associated with the site 2 days prior to either the next routine inspection or the upcoming Quarterly Inspection Review and Quarterly Inspection Review Summary..
Click the Select Inspection Sheet drop down to choose inspection sheets which will be considered for regulatory compliance reporting. Click the Add Inspection Sheet button.
Enter the CGP Grace Days that will apply to all inspections utilizing this inspection sheet.
Enter the CGP Interval that will apply to all inspections utilizing this inspection sheet.
Click the CGP Cert Language check box if you want the pre-defined language in the CGP Certification Language box to be published at the bottom of the inspection sheet formatter.
Note: CGP Certification Language is only displayed if your Company is utilizing the existing SWIM formatters. Please contact your Hyphen Consultant for more details.
Enter the Responsive Action remediation time allowed. This represents the allowable amount of time the responsive actions can outstanding before being considered late.
Enter applicable CGP Certification Language.
Click the Add button.
Construction General Permit Details
Name - Displays the name of the site entered on the Site Detail tab.
Effective Date - Use the calendar picker to choose the date upon which the CGP record is to become effective. * Required field
Inspection Reminders
Quarterly Inspection Sheet - select the inspection sheet that, upon completion, will trigger the 2 day reminder indicating that the Quarterly Inspection has been completed and Compliance Reviews and Compliance Review Summaries are Due.* Required field
Routine Inspection Sheet - select the inspection sheet that, upon completion, will trigger the 2 day reminder for upcoming routine inspection. *Required field
Inspections
Select Inspection Sheet - Select a pre-defined inspection sheet that will be governed by the site’s CGP record. The drop down will contain a list of inspection sheets that have been created on behalf of the division you are associated with. Select a sheet and click the Add Inspection Sheet button.
CGP Grace Days - Number of days allotted to perform and complete the inspection sheet. Example: a ‘Routine Site Inspection’ is generated on 9/6 @ 12:00AM. The CGP Grace Days field has been defined as ‘7’, there for you have until 9/12 @ 11:59PM to perform and complete the inspection. *Required field
CGP Interval - Frequency upon which the inspection is to be performed. Example: a ‘Routine Site Inspection’ is generated on 9/6 @12:00AM. The ‘CGP Interval’ field has been defined as ‘7’, therefore the next Routine Inspection is scheduled to be generated on 9/13 @12:00AM. *Required field
Include CGP Cert Language - Provides the ability to publish the certification language defined in the CGP Certification Language text box to the inspection sheet. In order to the CGP certification language to be published, the check box must be populated and the CGP language must be pre-defined. If the check box is not populated, any predefined CGP certification language will not be published.
Responsive Action remediation time allowed - Represents the number of days, from the actual inspection start date, that responsive actions are allowed to remain ‘Outstanding’ (Responsive Actions status = Open, Submitted, Repaired, Repaired Not Acceptable, or Incomplete. *Required field
Apply to Business Rules Only - If checked, the responsive action remediation time allowed will not be considered for compliance reporting.
CGP Certification Language - Free form text field that will allow you to enter the applicable permit certification language. If the text box is not populated all inspection sheet formatters will be published without CGP certification language. *CGP Certification Language is only displayed if your Company is utilizing the existing SWIM formatters.
