Job Management Express

Use the Job Management Express page to quickly update start dates, adjust task durations, mark tasks complete, skip tasks or submit PO’s for multiple tasks at once. Multi-family jobs have their own version of JME. Click here to view information about the Multi-Family JME page.

There are four tabs available through Job Management Express: Schedule, Reschedule, Detail and Re-Calc End Date.  Each tab is explained below and the functions available are on each. Click here for a full explanation of the effects of changing the schedule.

  • Re-Calc End Date: This tab shows lets you do possible "what if" scenarios to facilitate schedule acceleration. From this page, you can change the start date and the duration of tasks that are Scheduled or In Progress. If you change theses fields and click Preview Re-Calc, you see another page with the results of your schedule changes. No changes are made to the actual schedule until you click the Commit button. The column called Lock This Date allows the user to hard code that task to the specific date so that it will not move regardless of other changes in the schedule.
