About Combined Schedule Notifications
You can send combined schedule notifications when you start multiple tasks from Box Schedule or Task View. The Combined Schedule Notifications combine information from multiple notifications into a single email to the supplier, which will be sent as an HTML attachment in an email.
To use the Combine Schedule Notification option, you must have the Manage Jobs by Phase check box checked on the Job Admin - Update Phase page. If the check box is not checked, notifications will be sent in separate emails. This new functionality only affects SupplyPro users and other suppliers if they have chosen to receive emails from the builder. If they have chosen to receive emails, they may receive multiple schedule notifications in a single email, depending on if the builder has chosen to send combined notifications. PO information will not be combined for self-supplied, TBD, or reminder tasks.
The Combined Schedule Notification functionality is only available through Box Schedule and Task View.
