Phase Management - Update Phase

On the Update Phase page, you can:

Sequence numbers are unique to a phase, so jobs in the same phase but different groups cannot have the same sequence number, unless the user has the role function "Jobs: Assign Duplicate Seq Numbers." This allows the user to assign duplicate numbers in a phase, but does not allow a single group to contain duplicate sequence numbers.

To update a phase:

  1. Click the Status column header to sort the jobs by job status (Active, Complete, Hold, Cancelled). Click on the Seq column header to go back to the default sort of sequence.

  2. In the Phase Detail section, make any necessary changes.

  3. To change a phase that a job is currently in, click under the Phase column next to the job you want to move, and choose the correct phase from the drop-down list. Do the same in the Group column to change groups.

Check the box next to Combine POs to enable your Combined POs, Combined PO Information, and Combined Schedule Notifications.

  1. Click the Update Phase button.

  2. To delete a phase, click Delete Phase. The jobs will NOT be deleted--they will be set back to the default Phase 0, which you can then edit.

To add a group to your phase, click the Manage Groups link in the top right of the page.
