On the Cycle Time Trend report, click on a hyperlinked number in a month cell to drill down into the report and open the Cycle Time Trend - Detail. (All the numbers in each cell link to the same detail page.) The detail report shows the individual job numbers, baseline cycle time, and adjusted cycle time. The cycle time is measured from the Job Start Date to 78005 Milestone (in Calendar or Construction Days). The drill-down report carries over the region, division, and community from the main report as well as the month and year selected.

This module allows the Ryland back office to indicate if a job was originally a Spec or Model home, even if it currently has a different house type. For example, if a home used to be a Spec but is now Sold, the house type changes to Sold. However, the admin marked the home with the Spec flag, which indicates that it used to be a Spec home. The home now has a house type of Sold with a Spec flag. The Spec/Model column will now show the home as having a Spec flag. The same goes for homes marked with a Model flag.

Report Columns

Job &endash; Displays the jobs where the 78005 Milestone's adjusted end date is in the month selected.

Spec/Model - Indicates if the home has a Spec or Model flag in JDE. This column does not look for a house type of Spec or Model, but a home with a Spec or Model flag may also have a house type of Spec or Model.

Baseline Cycle Time &endash; Displays the date difference from the Job Start Date to 78005 Milestone in number of days. The number of days depends on the Days filter selected on the main report (Calendar or Construction).

Adjusted Cycle Time &endash; Displays the date difference from the Job Start Date to 78005 Milestone in number of days. The number of days depends on the Days filter selected on the main report (Calendar or Construction).

Pause/Hold Days - Displays the number of pause and hold days.

Net Cycle Time - Displays the net cycle time (Adjusted Cycle Time minus Pause/Hold Days).
