There are three views available on the JME page: Schedule, Detail, and
Re-Calc End Date. Below are filter descriptions for the JME page and column
descriptions for each JME view.
Job Name - Displays
a list of active jobs assigned to the user.
Job Stage -
Displays the list of stages in the selected job. Selecting
a stage will filter the page by the selected stage of the selected job.
Task Type -
Choose a task type to filter the To Do List: Contract, Measurement PO,
Memo, Pause, Pay Point, Purchase Order, Reminder, Work Order. The default
is All Task Types.
Task
Status - Displays a list of current BuildPro task statuses. Defaults
to Scheduled & In Progress. The filter includes:

JME
View - Allows the user to choose between the Schedule, Detail,
and Re-Calc End Date views as opposed to the tabs on the old JME page.
The default is Schedule view. There is no need for a Reschedule view since
users will have the ability to reschedule tasks from the Schedule view.
The skip functionality (currently on the Detail tab) has been moved to
the Schedule view also.
Job
Status - Allows the user to view jobs of different statuses: Active
(default), Cancelled, Complete, Hold, Inventory, and Warranty. Any job
that is not in Active or Warranty status is view-only. Updates can only
be made on the JME page to Active or Warranty jobs.
Job Options - Click
this link to open the Job
Options pop-up window, which shows
the options associated to the job.
Job
Info - Click this link to open the Lot Summary pop-up window, which
shows the lot summary: start date, number of pause days, and number of
hold days.
View
Printable - After the Show Tasks button is clicked, the View Printable
link will appear. Click this link to generate a printable version of the
JME page.
Show/Hide Filters
- After the Show Tasks button is clicked, you can click the Hide Filters
link under the Task Filters to hide the filters and open more viewing
space. Click the Show Filters link to show the filters again.
Number of Tasks
- Shows the number of tasks displayed on the page. This field is in the
top right of the page, under the Show Tasks button. If the number of tasks
that fit the filter criteria exceeds the number of tasks displayed on
the page, the "Max Rows Exceeded" messages will appear under
the Max Rows filter.
Job Name
- Displays the name of the job that contains the tasks below it. Click
on the Job Name link to open the Job Actions page. Click on the Detail
link to open the Job Detail page.
Stage Name
- Displays the name of the stage that contains the tasks under the it.
Task Status - Icon representing
the status of the task.

Task
Name - Displays the name of the task
that requires action. Click the Task Name link to open the Job Task page.
The task type is represented by a letter after the task name:

Supplier
Name - Displays the name of the supplier assigned to the task.
Rnk/Seq - Rank
and sequence of the task.
SPro - Y means
the supplier is on SupplyPro, and N means the supplier is not on SupplyPro.
Lead Date -
Displays the lead date of the task. Click the Lead Date column name to
sort by that column in ascending order. Click the same link again to sort
by that column in descending order.
Start Date -
Displays the adjusted start date of the task. Click the Start Date column
name to sort by that column in ascending order. Click the same link again
to sort by that column in descending order.
End Date - Displays
the adjusted end date of the task.
!* - Displays
"*" for critical path
tasks. Displays "!"
for a hard-coded date. This column can display both "*"
and "!" at the same
time or may be empty.
Start - Click
the check box to start the task on the start date.
Comp - Click
the check box to complete the task on the end date.
Mark Excpt -
Click the check box when you complete a task to mark the task as complete
with exceptions. All tasks with exceptions have a checkmark in this column.
To remove exceptions, click the check box, and the checkmark disappears.
PO Status - Click this link to open the Order Detail
page.
Resched
Date - Enter a reschedule date in this
date box. When you click the Update button, the reschedule request will
be sent to the supplier.

Comp - Enter a percent complete for
each task. This column only appears if the Percent Complete module is
turned on.
Skip -
Click the check box to skip the task.
Job Name
- Displays the name of the job that contains the tasks below it. Click
on the Job Name link to open the Job Actions page. Click on the Detail
link to open the Job Detail page.
Stage Name
- Displays the name of the stage that contains the tasks under the it.

Predecessors
- Predecessors of the task.
Rnk/Seq - Task

Lead Time -
Number of days between the lead date and the start date.
Lead Date -
Date on which the user should start the task, so the supplier receives
a supplier notification in time for the task. Click the Lead Date column
name to sort by that column in ascending order. Click the same link again
to sort by that column in descending order.
Duration - How
many days the tasks spans.
Offset - The
number of construction days between the start date of the task and the
end date of its predecessor.
!* - Displays
"*" for critical path
tasks. Displays "!"
for a hard-coded date. This column can display both "*"
and "!" at the same
time or may be empty.
Start Date -
Displays the adjusted start date of the task. Click the Start Date column

Baseline Start
- Baseline or initial start date before date was changed.

the task dates will not move regardless of other changes in the schedule.
