Detailed review of new functionality - JME Overview
Training on all JME functionality - JME Training Video
Use the Job Management Express (JME) page to quickly update start dates, adjust task durations, mark tasks complete, skip tasks or submit POs for multiple tasks on one job. Multi-family jobs have their own version of JME. Click here to view information about the Multi-Family JME page. You can also see information about the effects of changing the schedule. There are three views available on the JME page: Schedule, Detail, and Re-Calc End Date.
Schedule View - This view displays all tasks within a selected stage. On this view, you can start a task, complete a task, change the duration, adjust the start date, or reschedule a task. The skip and reschedule functionalities have moved from the Detail tab and Reschedule tab to the Schedule view. There is Reschedule view because you can reschedule on the Schedule view.

Choose TBD suppliers and view supplier detail
Detail View - This view displays each task name, rank, sequence, lead time, duration, and offset. For predecessor schedules, the predecessor ID is shown. The Skip functionality has moved to the Schedule view.
Re-Calc End Date View - This view allows you view possible "what if" scenarios to facilitate schedule acceleration. From this page, you can change the start date and the duration of tasks that are Scheduled or In Progress. If you change theses fields and click the Preview Re-Calc button, you see another page with the results of your schedule changes. No changes are made to the actual schedule until you click the Commit button. The column called Lock Start Date allows the user to hard-code that task to the specific date so that it will not move regardless of other changes in the schedule.
A few things to remember on the JME page:
Print the View Printable version - After the Show Tasks button is clicked, the View Printable link will appear. Click this link to generate a printable version of the JME page.
Show/Hide the filters - After the Show Tasks button is clicked, you can click the Hide Filters link under the Task Filters to hide the filters and open more viewing space. Click the Show Filters link to show the filters again.
Receive error help - When a data error pops up on the page, the item in question is highlighted with red text, so you can quickly identify the source of the error. For example, if you try to complete a task before passing checklist items, an error is generated and the checklist items are highlighted with red text.
Open Job Task page in new tab or window - Right-click on the Task Name link to open the Job Task page in a new tab or window.

There is no Reschedule view on the new JME page. The Skip functionality has moved from the Detail tab to the Schedule view.

Detail View
There are no actions to perform on the Detail view. You can only view job information, such as task names, task IDs, task predecessors, rank, and sequence. The skip functionality has moved from the Detail tab to the Schedule view.
Re-Calc End Date View
On the Re-Calc End Date view, view possible "what if" scenarios if you change task start or end dates. This helps you decide what schedule changes to make if you need to speed up your schedule to change the job’s end date. On this view, you can change the start date and end date of tasks that are Scheduled or In Progress.
If you change theses fields and click the Preview Re-Calc button, you see another page with the results of your schedule changes. No changes are made to the actual schedule until you click the Commit button. The column called Lock This Date allows the user to hard-code that task to the specific date so that it will not move regardless of other changes in the schedule. Use the check box in this column to lock or un-lock all dates. If you unlock the dates of an In Progress task, the dates will be locked again once the Commit button is clicked.

Choose from the other available filters, and click the Show Tasks button.

Choose a Schedule Change Reason from the drop-down list.
Click the Preview Re-Calc button to see the result of your changes.
The JME page displays a message at the top of the page: "Schedule NOT Updated." This means you are viewing a preview of the changes. The changes will not affect your schedule until you click the Commit button.
Repeat steps 3-7 until you see schedule changes that are suited to your needs. Scroll to the bottom of the schedule to see how these potential changes affect your job end date.
Click the Commit button to update your actual schedule with the changes.
