On the Project Bid page, the user can click on the Project Bid History tab to view the history of bids they have submitted for a project. This page does not allow the user to change any information. The page is organized by bid submitted date and cost code.
To view the project bid history:
On the Subcontractor Project List page, click on a Project Name link. The Subcontractor Project Detail page opens.
Click on the Project Bid History tab under the Search Criteria. The Subcontractor Project Bid History page opens.
Review the dates and prices for your submitted bids.
If the bid has any options, they will appear at the bottom of the page.
Project Bid History Columns
There are two sections to the page. The first section shows the history of bids for the cost codes for the base project while the second section shows the bids that have been submitted for the options for the project.
Cost Code - Shows the cost code the bidder has submitted for
Bid Date - Date the bidder submitted the bid to the builder
Plan Columns - a column for each plan show the amount the bidder submitted for each plan
Option - The name of the option that was being bid
