The Home page is the first page you see each time you log into SupplyPro. This page gives you a quick glance at today's activities. (You may not be able to see or access all functionality, depending on your security role.) The Home page is divided into the following sections:
Quick Links
My Profile - This My Profile page lets you change information about your users.
Order Search - The Order Search page allows the user to search for orders by several filter options, including order number, account, order status, and job address.
To Do Calendar - The Day Calendar page lists the received, rescheduled, to do, and complete orders for the calendar day.
Trade Finder - Hyphen Trade Finder is a FREE website containing listings of qualified trade partners and their information. Listings contain detailed company profiles, such as areas of expertise, area codes of operation, years of operation, number of employees, personal, promotional statements and more.
Order Search
Enter at least 5 letters or numbers of a job address in the Order Search box. Click the Search button. The Order Search page opens, displaying the job or jobs that match your search.
Builder Documentation
View Builder Documents - View documents or hyperlinks uploaded by BuildPro users. Users with the correct security role can also upload new documents and hyperlinks, as well edit, update, and delete documents.
New Documents List - View new documents added in the selected time period. This list replaces the old Jobs with New Documents alert.

Full Training - Click on the link to open the SupplyPro Training Center web site. Click on a link in the Full SupplyPro Training Videos section to get started.
How-To Tutorials - Click on the link to open the SupplyPro Training Center web site. Scroll down the page to access the SupplyPro FAQ Videos section. Click on a link to get started.
FAQ Tutorials - Click on the link to open the SupplyPro Training Center web site. Scroll down the page to access the SupplyPro FAQ Videos section. Click on a link to get started.
Enhancements (Release Notes) - Click on the link to open the SupplyPro Training Center web site. Scroll down to the Document Center. Under Latest Release Notes, click on the top link to open a PDF of the release notes. Click here to download Adobe Acrobat to view PDFs.
User Guide - Click on the link to open the SupplyPro Training Center web site. Scroll down to the Document Center. Under User Guides, click on the link for SupplyPro: Training/User Guide to open a PDF of the user guide. Click here to download Adobe Acrobat to view PDFs.
Current Activity
Next Day Orders Not Submitted - These orders have not yet been officially started by the builder in BuildPro but have been assigned to you. The start dates for these PO’s are within the next day.
Newly Received Orders - These orders have been officially transmitted to you. You need to review and accept the order to move forward in the process.
To Do Orders - These orders have been transmitted to you by the builder and accepted. These are orders for which you need to deliver materials or supply labor.
Pending Approval orders - You have completed these orders, but the builder has not yet completed them in BuildPro.
Completed Orders - These orders have been completed by you and the builder.
Future Orders Next 10 Days - These orders have not yet been officially started by the builder but have been assigned to you. The start dates for these PO’s are within the next 10 days.
Future Orders Next 30 Days - These orders have not yet been officially started by the builder but have been assigned to you. The start dates for these PO’s are within the next 30 days.
Alerts
Orders with Unread Notes - Number of orders that have notes that you have not read yet.
Order Cancellations - Number of orders canceled by the builder.
Order Reschedules - Number of orders rescheduled by the builder.
Change Orders - Number of orders that have line item changes.
Over Shipped Orders - Number of orders sent to the builder with over-shipments.
SP-EPO Updates - Supplier Created EPO (SP-EPO) provides the Supplier with the ability to create EPOs in SupplyPro on behalf of the Builder and submit it to BuildPro. Once the SP-EPO is submitted, the Builder will receive it in BuildPro to approve or reject.
Pending Back Charges - Number of potential back charges submitted by the builder.
Completed Back Charges - Number of completed back charges submitted by the builder.
Cancelled Back Charges - Number of cancelled back charges submitted by the builder.
Payment Assigned - These alerts are used for the Progress Pay Functionality. Alerts here let you know a payment has been assigned to you. Use this page to approve or reject the payment.
Payment Approved by Sub - These alerts are used for the Progress Pay Functionality. Alerts here let you know a payment has been approved by your sub.
Payment Rejected by Sub - These alerts are used for the Progress Pay Functionality. Alerts here let you know a payment has been rejected by your sub.
Builder Completion Reminders - These alerts are created when the builder completes certain tasks. These alerts will remind you when it is time to deliver material or perform labor for a specific job. Contact Hyphen Solutions Support to have this module turned on.
7-Day Forecast
This forecast is provided by Intellicast Weather and displays the predicted conditions and high and low temperatures for the next week, based on the ZIP code in the user's profile.
