Job Documents

The Job Documents page displays a list of documents associated with a specific job.  Attaching documents helps to further explain what needs to be done on a job either with a document file or a graphics image.

 

To attach and upload documents to a job:

  1. Click the Add a New Document link to be directed to the Document Detail page.

  2. Complete the Job Document Detail page.

 

To edit the Document Detail:

  1. Click the Edit link next to the uploaded document.

  2. From the Document Detail page, change any of the fields as needed.

  3. Click the Update Document Notes button, or click the Delete Document button to delete this document from the job.

 

To view attached documents:

Click the View link next to the document that you need to view.
