Phase Management - MPO/Checklist Items

If a task has an MPO or Checklist Items, you can only complete that task after you have entered the MPO information and passed all of the Checklist Items.

 

To complete tasks with MPOs or Checklist Items:

  1. Go to the Box Schedule or Task View page.

  2. Complete a task by entering the end date and clicking Update Tasks.

  3. If the task is an MPO or has checklist items, the MPO/Checklist Items page will open.

  4. Enter the item amount for MPO items and pass the Checklist items.

  5. Click Update. This will take you back to your previous page (Box Schedule or Task View).

  6. Click Update Tasks to complete your tasks. If you don't click Update Tasks on the Box Schedule or Task View page ALSO, your changes will not be saved.

Click Go Back to make no updates. Those tasks will not be completed, but the date cells will remain green until you click on them again to un-highlight them.
