The Account Status page allows you to change an account's status as follows:
Suspend the account
Remove the account from suspension
To access the Account Status page:
From the Manager tab, select the Account Manager link to access the Account List page.
Locate the account you wish to suspend or remove from suspension.
To locate the account quickly, select the highlighted letter corresponding with the account name in the Account Index located at the top of the page.
Scroll the entire account list.
Select the account from the Select Account list at the top of the page.
Click the account name in the Account column to access the Account Detail page.
Click the Change Status link located in the Suspended row to access the Account Status page.
To suspend an account:
From the Account Status page, add notes detailing why the account is being suspended in the Notes box.
Click the Suspend Account button.
To review account notes detailing account status changes, click the Notes link located next to the Suspended field on the Account Detail page. The Notes link only appears for suspended accounts.
To remove an account's suspension:
From the Account Status page, add notes detailing why the account is being removed from suspension in the Notes box.
Click the Remove Suspended Status button.
To view suspension notes, click the Notes link located in the Suspended row on the Account Detail page.
The Notes link only appears for accounts previously suspended.
