The Construction Schedule report comes in
four sections:
Construction
Schedule – Active Subdivisions: shows a listing of all subdivisions
and the number of phases within the subdivision. You can click the Subdivision
name link to see detailed information about each phase within a subdivision.
Construction
Schedule – Phases: This
report shows all phases for a specific subdivision. To see a construction
schedule for this job. Click a permit number link to see the schedule
for the job, or click the phase name link to see a construction schedule
for the phase.
Construction
Schedule – Jobs: The report shows lot numbers, model numbers,
elevation & garage, and start date of each job within a specific phase
of a subdivision and the dates each task was started for that job. To
see more information, click the lot number link (located in the column
headings) to see the Construction Schedule - Job Summary report. Or, click
the Export to CSV link to convert this report to a format that can be
used in other spreadsheet software products.
Construction
Schedule – Job Summary: This
report shows the starting dates for all tasks within a specified job.
You use this report to see the tasks that were late, and current tasks
that are behind schedule.

Columns
Subdivision
- The Subdivision column lists all subdivisions. Click the subdivision
link to see detailed information on the jobs within the subdivision.
Organization
- The Organization column lists the organization name responsible
for the subdivision
Phase Count
- The Phase Count column shows the number of phases within each
subdivision.
