Account/Community Reports

This help page describes how to generate the Account/Community Reports. These reports and this help page are only available to suppliers who have an account with Ryland Homes. To instead view help information on the other report types on the Reports tab, click on one of the links below:

 

To view the Account/Community Reports:

  1. In the Account/Community Reports box, choose a builder account from the Select Account drop-down list.

  2. To view a report at the division level, click on the Recent Changes link under the Division Name. The Recent Changes report open in a separate window.

  3. To view a report at the community level, choose a community from the Select Community drop-down list.

  4. Click on one of the report links under the Community Name to view a community-level report. The report opens in a separate window.

 

To export/download data:

  1. From the Account/Community Reports box, generate the Option List, Lot Listing, or Plan Listing report. The report opens in a separate window.

  2. Click on the Export/Download Data link in the top left of the page.

  3. On the File Download dialog box, click Open to view the report or click Save to save the report to your computer.

 

The Account/Community reports open pop-up windows with division- or community-level information. To view job-level information, go to a Ryland job or order on the Order Detail page - Options tab, Job Summary page, Task Summary report, or Job Summary report. There, you will see the Job Option links.
