The SupplyPro Reports tab provides a series of summary and detail management reports to help you keep on top of current order activity, payment status, job schedules, product forecasting, and order history. You can click on either the links on the main Reports tab page or the links on the left navigation bar to access any report.
Your user ID's applied security restrictions may limit the builder accounts you are able to view on reports. If you find you are unable to access information that you should, please contact your in-house system administrator.
Reports are organized into the following categories:
Order Activity Reports
Historical Reports

Other Reports
Order Activity Reports provide a summary of orders for active jobs:
Order Summary
Lists all orders for a date range by order status and builder account.
Order Approvals
Shows all orders marked complete by the builder and approved for payment.
Orders Pending Approval
Lists all orders marked shipped or complete by the supplier, but not yet marked complete by the builder.
Order Calendar
Provides a convenient calendar view of orders by date, including job address, and order and task information.
Order Payments
When payment data is supplied by the builder, this report lists payment information, including check number and payment date from the builders accounting system.
Historical Reports provide a graphical representation of your current and prior year’s orders by month, including a drill-down capability for analyzing specific order item history.
Order History Report
Displays a graphical representation of order activity for all accounts for the current year by month.
Order Item History
Accessible from the Order History Report, this monthly report shows items ordered, the number of units ordered, and the number of units shipped.
Forecasting Reports shows future, scheduled orders based on information from BuildPro. These reports assist you in managing or forecasting inventory to meet future builder demands.
Jobs
The Jobs Report lists all jobs, showing the job start date, builder account, job name, subdivision, lot/block, plan/elevation/swing, the total of all orders for the job, and the total of all jobs on the report.
Forecast
Shows product demand for both "real" and "scheduled" orders (orders yet-to-be-submitted in BuildPro).
Scheduled Orders
Shows scheduled orders based on yet-to-be submitted builder orders in BuildPro. (Previously known as the Potential Orders report.)
Job Schedule List
Lists current active jobs with scheduled orders by start date, oldest jobs first. Access the Job Schedule drill-down report by clicking on the Job Name link.
Task Schedule
This report lets you view schedule information for multiple jobs. It shows current active jobs with scheduled orders by start date, oldest jobs first, including the complete job task schedule.
Transmitted Orders List
This report allows suppliers to view orders which have been “transmitted” via the Box Scheduling Transmit Orders button in BuildPro. Orders transmitted in this fashion are normally sent to the supplier in a combined PO email format, but in SupplyPro, suppliers may choose not to receive orders via email.
Other Reports includes any reports that do not fit under the previous three categories.
Back Charges
View the list of back charges submitted to you by the builder. Filter the list of back charges by account, subdivision, status, and job start date.
Lien Report
The Lien report displays the list of lien documents by account. It displays the date SupplyPro received the lien document and allows the user to view lien document PDF for signed and unsigned documents.
