SWIM > Inspection Setup > Add/Modify Company Inspection Sub-Question

This page allows a SWIM Inspector Admin at the company level to enter company inspection sub-questions. These sub-questions exist at the company level. Once the company inspection questions and sub-question are set up, users at the division level may add them to their inspection sheet(s).

You can only add a sub-question from the Enter Values page. This page only appears if your question type is Yes/No, Pick One, or Pick Many.

You must add an inspection question before you can add a sub-question. A sub-question must be attached to an inspection question.

To add a company inspection sub-question:

  1. On the Enter Values page, click the Add Sub-Question button. The Add Company Sub-Question page opens.
