Manager

 

The Manager section is the control center for setting up and managing user names, user roles, organizations and other company information.

 

The Manager tab contains setup pages for BuildPro. Depending on your role and the module(s) your company has turned on, you may see all or some of the links below. (Click each name to learn more.)

  1. User Manager: Use the links in this section to view and modify users, add a new user, assign users to specific jobs. Each user is assigned a security role that determines the accessibility to different areas of BuildPro.

  2. Organization Manager: Use the links in this section to manage organizations. Organizations reflect your company’s hierarchical organization structure. BuildPro uses organizations to control what data a user can view and update.

  3. Cost Code Manager: Use this link to view and modify accounting cost codes and related descriptions.

  4. Task Categories: Use this link to create and view categories that have been created for grouping like tasks.

  5. EPO Reason List: Use this link to view, update or add new EPO reasons for your organization.

  6. Pause/Hold Reason List: Use this link to manage your company's Pause/Hold Reason list.

  7. Schedule Change Reason List: Use this link to view, update or add new reasons to the existing list.

  8. Cycle Time Codes: Use this link to manage the company listing of Cycle Time Codes.

  9. Task Reporting Codes and Sub-Codes: User this link to manage the company listing of Task Reporting Codes and Sub-Codes.

  10. Activity Type Codes: Use this link to manage the company listing of Activity Type Codes.

  11. Close Job Manager: Use this page to manage the number of days to automatically close jobs after all tasks are complete.

  12. JIO/CO Management: Manage JIO/CO rejection codes, email notifications, and assignments. Note that Rejection Codes are at the company level and may only be managed by a user at the company level. If you are not at the company level, the rejection code links will be grayed out.

  13. EPO Approval Levels: Create and manage multiple EPO approval levels.

  14. EPO Rejection Codes: Create and manage EPO rejection codes used with EPO Approval Levels.

  15. Trade Partner Survey Setup - this section allows you to enter questions that must be answered by job users when completing tasks in BuildPro. Questions are managed at the company level. If you are not at the company level, the setup links will be grayed out.
