SupplyPro  > SWIM Inspections

The Storm Water Inspection Management (SWIM) application is a module within the BuildPro suite of complementary products. The SWIM application is used to perform and retain the various inspections associated with on-going management of SWPPP activities associated with the development and build out of your Company site.

SupplyPro is the system you will be using to manage SWIM and/or Inspection repairs assigned to you by the builder. These systems collaboratively communicate so that you can update your SWIM and/or Inspection repairs, respond to the builder’s requests and complete the assigned SWIM and/or Inspection repair as the work is finished

• Repair Process - Allows Builders and Suppliers to share Inspection information.

• Builder Tasks -  Allows a Builder to review Corrective Actions

• Assigned Trades -  Allows a Builder to assign a Corrective Action to the Assigned Trade

• SWIM Tab - Assigned Trades (suppliers) who go directly to the Inspections tab will see a count of all the Corrective Actions  assigned to them by priority and alert type.

• Corrective Action Details - Review Corrective Action Information, add notes, mark repairs complete.
