Subdivision -
Displays a list of subdivisions that contains jobs to which the user is
assigned.
Phase -
Displays a list of phases in the chosen subdivision.
Building -
Displays a list of buildings in the chosen subdivision/phase.
Category Group -
Displays a list of task category groups in the chosen phase.
Job Name -
Displays a list of jobs in the chosen subdivision/phase.
Category -
Displays a list of task categories in the chosen task category group.
Task Name -
A free-form text box where the user can filter the page by a specific
task. This filter uses a ’starts with’ search as compared
to a ’contains’ search. For example, if you type the letter
’s’ into this field, it will display any task that starts
with an ’s,’ rather than all tasks that contain an ’s.’
Task Type
- Choose a task type to filter the To Do List: Contract, Measurement PO,
Memo, Pause, Pay Point, Purchase Order, Reminder, Work Order. The default
is All Task Types.
Supplier Name -
A free-form text box where the user can filter the page by a specific
supplier. This filter uses a ’starts with’ search as compared
to a ’contains’ search. For example, if you type the letter
’s’ into this field, it will display any task that starts
with an ’s,’ rather than all tasks that contain an ’s.’
Task
Filters - A multi-select filter that
allows the user to chose which tasks to display. To select multiple items,
hold down the Crtl key to while clicking on each task filter.
Alerts
- If selected will display all tasks that have an alert.
To
Order on To Do List Date - If selected will display all Scheduled
tasks (except Reminders) where the Lead Date equals the To Do List Date
selected.
To
Order By To Do List Date (Late) - If selected will display all
Scheduled tasks (except Reminders) where the To Do List Date is after
the Lead Date. Displays (Late) after
the task name for tasks that meet this criteria.
In
Progress (In Lead Period) - If selected
will display all In Progress tasks where the Start Date is after the To
Do List Date selected.
In
Progress (Actually Started) - If selected will display all In Progress
tasks where the Start Date is equal to or before the To Do List Date selected.
To
Complete on To Do List Date - If selected will display all In Progress
tasks where the End Date of the task is equal to the To Do List Date selected.
To
Complete By To Do List Date (Late) - If selected will display all
In Progress tasks where the End Date is before the To Do List Date selected.
Displays (Late) after the task name
for tasks that meet this criteria.
Completed
on To Do List Date - If selected will display all Completed tasks
where the End Date is equal to the To Do List Date selected.
Inspections
Due - If selected will display all tasks that have an inspection
due. Click on the pencil
icon to open the inspection on the InspectPro
tab. This option only appears if the Inspections - Milestone module is
on and the user has an Inspections role.
Tasks
with Exceptions - If selected will display all In Progress and
Completed tasks that are marked with exceptions.
Max Rows
- Choose the maximum number of rows
you want to view on the To Do List: 25, 50, 100, 150, 200, 300, 400, or
500. If the number of tasks that fit the filter criteria exceeds the Max
Rows, a message appears under the Max Rows filter: "Max Rows Exceeded."
Increase your max rows to view more tasks.
Date -
This filter allows the user to view the To Do List for dates other than
today. The default date will be today’s date, but users may click
into the date field and edit the date or click on the calendar icon to
select a date from a date picker.
Tasks
- Shows the number of tasks displayed on the page. This field is in the
top right of the page, under the Show Tasks button. If the number of tasks
that fit the filter criteria exceeds the number of tasks displayed on
the page, the "Max Rows Exceeded" messages will appear under
the Max Rows filter.
Job Name
- Displays the name of the job that contains the tasks below it. Click
on the Job Name link to open the Job Actions page. Click on the Detail
link to open the Job Detail page.
Task
Name - Displays the name of the task
that requires action. Click the Task Name link to open the Job Task page.
The task type is represented by a letter after the task name:

Pencil
Icon
- If the task has an inspection
due, a pencil icon
appears in this column. This column only appears if
the Inspections - Milestone module is on and the user has an Inspections
role.
Supplier Name -
Displays the name of the supplier assigned to the task.
SPro
- Y means the supplier is on SupplyPro, and N means the supplier is not
on SupplyPro.
Lead Date -
Displays the lead date of the task. Click the Lead Date column name to
sort by that column in ascending order. Click the same link again to sort
by that column in descending order.
Start Date -
Displays the adjusted start date of the task. Click the Start Date column
name to sort by that column in ascending order. Click the same link again
to sort by that column in descending order.
End Date -
Displays the adjusted end date of the task
!* -
Displays "*" for critical
path tasks. Displays "!"
for a hard-coded date. This column can display both "*" and "!"
at the same time or may be empty.
Start -
Click the check box to start the task on the start date.
Comp -
Click the check box to complete the task on the end date.
Mark Excpt -
Click the check box when you complete a task to mark the task as complete
with exceptions. All tasks with exceptions have a checkmark in this column.
To remove exceptions, click the check box, and the checkmark disappears.
PO Status - Click this link to open the Order Detail
page.
Resched
Date - Enter a reschedule date in this
date box. When you click the Update button, the reschedule request will
be sent to the supplier.
% Comp -
Enter a percent complete for each task. This column only appears if the
Percent Complete module is turned on.
Skip -
Click the check box to skip the task.
