Plus, with unlimited licensing for office and field users and dedicated subcontractor login types with limited access, your whole workforce can be connected on day one.
With SupplyPro GM, you can monitor, accept or request new SupplyPro orders and changes directly in SupplyPro GM — orders will come directly into your new order inbox from the builder. In the simple-to-follow interface, you can confirm all information about the job immediately including price, drawings, specs and supply lists. If you’re working with builders that are not using BuildPro, we can assist by automating the retrieval of new orders from other builder web portals. You can also enter and schedule orders for POs into the system from other sources.
In SupplyPro GM, you can create custom pre-job checklists for your people in the field to complete. This will help you track the readiness of the job, material requirements, availability of crews needed and confirm estimated subcontractor payments.
Once you’ve confirmed the materials and equipment you need for the job, you can issue inventory pick lists or PO’s for dropship to site with the click of a button. Multiple deliveries are easy to set up — new POs can be sent on-demand or at pre-specified points in the process. SupplyPro GM enables you to easily keep track of your inventory levels and track individualized and specific equipment and materials from the day they land in your warehouse. You can see who is shipping a unit to site and when, who is installing it and in which specific house. During construction and after, you have all the information on individual units at your fingertips, including model and make, capacity, date of installation, service issues, warranty period, etc.

You can view your existing work orders by date, builder, subdivision, city, crew, supervisor and more. When you receive a new order and are ready to assign the work, it only takes a tap of a button to see all your technician schedules, the stage of their current job progress and when they will be ready to start a new job. Assign field personnel or a crew to projects as needed with simple drag and drop, or quickly generate schedules for multiple crews and jobs based on work type, location, skill level and availability.
SupplyPro GM lets you pay your employees and subcontractors by the hour or by completed tasks. For those who need to clock in, the process is simple. Crews can begin and end their days with the tap of a button on their mobile app, all in the same software you’ll use to pay them.
You can design a step by step workflow that makes the most sense for your operation and create customized checklists to ensure quality of work and to keep your crews on task. Plus, you can visually track field progress from the office throughout the day, with color-coded status updates. The field app works even where the internet is not available.
And what if mistakes or something unexpected happens? A request for last-minute changes, a discrepancy between specs and verbal communications? Your team in the field can initiate a request for an extra PO and support the request with comments and site images, keeping your back office and the builder aware of any issues and additional charges in real-time.
You can also allow your field team to reschedule jobs if other trades are behind on their work or materials and equipment haven’t reached the site on time. All the stakeholders, including you, are notified immediately, allowing you to quickly relocate idle resources or solve supply problems that are holding you up.
When the job is done, the builder gets instantly notified. Your field crews can also take photos, complete punch lists and record the details and proper completion of the job. After all, you only get paid for work you can document.
SupplyPro GM automatically queues up every builder PO as an open invoice, ready to be issued when work is completed. Invoices flow seamlessly to popular accounting systems such as QuickBooks and Sage Construction Solutions.
Just because construction is complete, doesn’t mean your work is over. When the homeowner takes possession of the house, you can transition the history and information from a builder’s file to a homeowner file.
